Microsoft Outlook 2010 for Exchange

Outlook-2010-LogoMicrosoft Outlook 2010 is our preferred client for Windows PCs, if you are using another mail client, please consider switching to Outlook 2010. These directions are for users with a BU Exchange account. You can also access your email through Outlook Web Access (OWA) at xmail.bu.edu.

Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2010 for Exchange Accounts

First, ensure you are have the current version of Microsoft Office 2010 installed. If you do not have Microsoft Outlook 2010 and would like to upgrade, please contact the BUMC-IT Service Desk (here). Alternatively, Microsoft Office 2010 is available for download from BU’s IS&T site-licensed software section here (Kerberos credentials requried).
