This building will be located right next to 700 Albany Street. This building, as the first building, will house both office and lab space.

The Talbot Building houses, and will house, The School of Public Health; some administrative offices; private companies; and retail space. BankBoston has retail space in the West Wing on the first floor. There is an ATM that has an outside entrance accessible from the Albany Street side of the building. The School of Public Health is completely moved in to their new home.
