Laser Vision Correction – LASIK/LASEK
The Refractive Surgery Service at Boston University Eye Associates offers a wide range of laser vision correction surgery.
We utilize lasers with blade-free technologies, including the Intralase laser and VISX S4 wavefront technology laser. Together, these tools create an all-laser surgery system.
Using wavefront technology, the laser correction is customized for your eyes.

Cataract surgery no longer means always needing reading glasses with new premium intraocular lenses (IOLs).
We offer refractive cataract surgery, including the latest multifocal intraocular lens (IOL) designs.
Specially designed lenses such as these allow for less dependence on glasses for distance vision, near vision, and everything in between.
