3/14: Walkout for Gun Violence Prevention

On Wednesday, March 14, at 10 a.m. there will be a campuswide walkout to demonstrate solidarity with the victims of gun violence in Parkland, Florida, and across the United States. In coordination with the National School Walkout movement, meet on Talbot Green for a photo and a short speech. The group photo (examples below) will be taken promptly at 10:10 a.m. for those who are not able to stay long.
Please wear your white coats or wear orange in solidarity. This event is open to all students, healthcare professionals and staff on the Medical Campus.
Use the hashtags #DoctorsDemandAction, #Enough, and #WhiteCoatsAgainstGunViolence in social media posts as you see fit.
