Please access the following surveys for important feedback information. The first survey is a reflection of past students’ experiences at the vaccine clinic. The second survey is to be filled out by patients that attend the vaccine clinic; it provides relevant feedback to organizers of the clinic of how they can make improvements and provide better care.
