Council of Academies Events
Complete Student Room Request Form – CLICK HERE
- “Event Title” must included your Academy Name
- Only reservations completed by council members of said Academy will be processed.
- Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks for Room Confirmation
Please use the SCOMSA & OSA Calendars to help with scheduling events and avoid conflicts.
Please submit reimbursement by completing the Reimbursement Form Council Events and submitting to OSA A-2 with original receipts, email notification to students about event and signed/dated. No electronic signatures accepted.
