Room Requests

Complete Student Room Request Form – CLICK HERE

  • “Event Title” must included your Academy Name
  • Only reservations completed by council members of said Academy will be processed.
  • Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks for Room Confirmation

Event Funding

Please submit reimbursement by completing the Reimbursement Form Council Events and submitting to OSA A-2 with original receipts, email notification to students about event and signed/dated. No electronic signatures accepted.
