HOW DO I GET REIMBURSED FOR MY ADVISING MEALS?
Advisors are eligible to be reimbursed for advising meals up to the amount allocated to them at the beginning of the year.
To be reimbursed, advisors must complete the Meal-Reimbursement-Form
This is a fillable PDF, so advisors (or their assistants) should just fill in the sections, sign, print, and attach the original receipts from the advising meals.
**PLEASE PAPER-CLIP receipts to Reimbursement Form. DO NOT staple.**
Completed forms and receipts can be interofficed to Jennifer Mompoint, Academies Coordinator (OSA, 72 E. Concord Street, A-209). Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Reimbursement checks will be mailed directly to the address listed on the reimbursement form.
Advisors have until June 1st to submit their reimbursement forms.
